As i have flavoured my cake with vanilla essence if you wish you can add almond essence to get rich flavour of Almond or add lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence or Almond Essence
- 2 tbsp milk (If batter is its too thick )
- 2 tbsp sliced Almond
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Pre heat your oven @180 c for 10 minutes..Grease your baking pan and keep aside.
- Seperate the egg yolk and whites, Combine egg yolk and sugar and beat until creamy and fluffy..
- Add in vanilla essence and Almond flour combine until well incorporated..
- Add in milk if the batter is too thick..if not omit it.
- In another clean bowl whip the egg whites until soft peaks are formed..
- Fold in the egg white into batter and mix well..Donot over mix..
- Transfer the batter to greased pan and bake @180 for 25-30 minutes until toothnpick inserted comes out clean..
- Allow it to cool for 15 minutes and slice n serve
